Call for Speakers 2020
We are now looking for submissions for the conference in 2020, which takes place in Antwerp at the Flanders Meeting and Convention Center - a fabulous venue right in the heart of Antwerp. We very much look forward to receiving your ideas for papers which will inspire, inform and educate delegates next year.
You can find the Call for Speakers document here which has all the details you will need about the topics we'd like to have papers on, as well as key timings and what makes a successful submission.

Please use the submission form which can be found here submit your ideas using this form and send in your submission to us.
Submissions need to be sent to Bernadette Rogers - [email protected] by 18 September, after which time all the submissions will be reviewed by the programme committee in Mid October.
Those who are successful in getting to the next stage will be invited to do a '5 minute pitch' on the phone later in October for the Programme Committee, with 5 minutes for questions. The dates for these are:
Monday 28 October - 14.30 - 16.30 UK time
Tuesday 29 October - 10.30 - 12.30 UK time
Wednesday 30 October - 14.30 - 12.30 UK time
Please make a note of these dates if you are submitting, to ensure that you will be available on one of these days.

EphMRA 2020 - Antwerp - June 23-25 - put the dates in your diary!
The 2019 Conference is now well and truly over but we are already in full planning mode for 2020! We are looking for speakers to present at the conference in Antwerp next June (23-25) and you can find the details for what types of papers we are looking for on the Conference 2020 page. We need your ideas by 18th September, so get inspired over the summer and send us your submission. We are very much looking forward to some outstanding papers, as the bar was set very high this year!
