When you register for EphMRA’s 2021 online conference from 15-17 June, optimise your ticket by knowing what it covers. From sessions with professionals in the healthcare arena to sponsorship opportunities, there are many ways to maximise your engagement.
Our programme has full details of speakers and papers, allowing you to plan your attendance in advance and catch the sessions you’re interested in. We recommend working out your schedule in advance, as some of our sessions are running at the same time. All of the details can be found on our website or click the direct link above.
As part of our online Agency Fair, exhibitors get the opportunity to upload videos, weblinks and promotional material to their own ‘booth’. Up to three videos and six other resources (e.g. PowerPoint presentations and promotional material) can be included. You only have to ‘man’ your stand at selected times, and if a visitor misses you they can complete a contact form to set up an appointment, and connect with you at another time.
As our conference moves online, not having to travel means you have more chance than ever of attending all your chosen sessions. However, if you do miss a paper we will be recording them all. Simply register and pay to attend the conference and you’ll automatically get access to every session you can’t attend.
There are many different sponsorship opportunities at the conference, from viewing page branding to sponsored speaker sessions.
For example, your company can sponsor an area on the viewing page on any of the three days. This is a very high profile choice, as your branding will be seen throughout the day on which you choose to be a sponsor.
Alternatively, you could sponsor one of the sections of the ‘carousel’ on the home page, or sponsor a one-minute video which would be played at the start of the conference and also during the breaks on one of the days.
