EphMRA is very proud to make a number of prestigious and highly coveted awards each year. For more information on our awards, please read the pages which follow.
Our longest standing award is the JH Award, which is awarded to the 'Best' paper as voted by delegates and a panel of judges. This is awarded in the summer immediately after the conference after all the feedback has been collated.
Our more recent awards are made for papers in a number of different categories, with the winners being given the opportunity to present their winning papers at the conference. The three categories are as follows:
1. Business Impact through Innovation - Sponsored by Adelphi
This award focused on demonstrating innovation which has had a real and significant business impact. The innovation could be related to any stage of research design and delivery. Innovation could be implemented on a macro or micro level – small innovative changes can also be seen to make a difference.
2. Excellence in Fieldwork - Sponsored by SERMO
This award focused on an international case study from a company involved in healthcare fieldwork and data collection and demonstrated best practice.
3. Influencing Strategic Direction Via Engaging & Actionable Deliverables
This award focused on how results from a research project were delivered in such a way as to immerse the brand team in the findings. The award could showcase the role and importance of business insight in facilitating business decision making and strategic action.
