Healthcare Business Intelligence/Analysis Conference
Antwerp | 23-25 June 2020

Welcome to the EphMRA Conference Website for our 2020 conference which will take place in Antwerp on 23-25 June

Our Programme Steering Committee have been working very hard to put together a conference programme which we hope will inspire, inform and stimulate.  We had a great many outstanding submissions this year and we are confident that you will be impressed with the range and diversity of the sessions available to you at the conference and that the conference will exceed the very high standards set at Warsaw in 2019!

We are delighted that the programme is now complete and is now on the website for you to view as an online programme, rather than as a separate pdf. This will give you much more instant and easy access to the programme and we can make ongoing changes much more easily to ensure that it's always up to date.

You will notice that the conference will start on Tuesday 23 June this year to give you even more time to enjoy the event and get the most from your time and financial investment in the conference.  The conference will finish a little earlier on Thursday 25 June in order to enable you to get home earlier than in previous years.

We are obviously very aware that the current global situation is affecting, people, their families, businesses, travel etc.  However we just wanted to reassure you that for our Antwerp conference we are remaining positive but we wanted to let you know that:

  • If EphMRA decides to cancel completely the event given the environment at the time we will offer a full registration ticket refund or you can transfer the fees to the 2021 event as a credit
  • However we are unable to offer a refund if we offer an alternative 2020 date (moving the conference to a later 2020 date could be an option)
  • As you can appreciate we will be unable to refund any travel or accommodation booked in any circumstance (as an Association we just do not have the resources for this)
  • We are not able to issue any refund should you/your company decide not to travel even though the event is going ahead.

We remain optimistic and look forward to seeing you all in Antwerp.

The conference provides an outstanding forum for you to learn new ways of thinking and network with colleagues so that you are ahead of the competition.

Further information

The conference will take place at Flanders Meeting & Convention Center, Koningin Astridplein 20-26 2018 Antwerp, Belgium and is within a stone’s throw of the famous Antwerp Central Station, with many hotels close by to fit all budgets.

We will be providing comprehensive information about how to travel to the venue from Brussels airport, which is the closest international airport to Antwerp.  There are numerous trains to Antwerp from Amsterdam, so if you wish to take the train, this is a cost effective and environmentally friendly option to reach the conference.

Throughout the conference there will be ample opportunity to network with colleagues during the welcome drinks, the evening event and during coffee and lunch breaks, so you will meet lots of new people as well as catch up with old friends and colleagues.

Why not take a look at what some of our delegates thought about our 2019 annual conference in Warsaw.

Hear from members of our Programme Steering Committee

I love coming to the yearly EphMRA conference. Such a great opportunity to network, share experiences and to learn from each other on subjects that are key to our industry both now and in the future - anything from Digital, BE, RWD, AL & ML through to GDPR. Also, it's great meeting up with friends old and new and having some time away from the office to truly reflect on how these learnings can be applied to my working role.

It is so important to stand back and think about what we are doing and the opportunities to do it better.  The EphMRA conference is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and learn from research colleagues - as well as being a lot of fun.
