Welcome to the EphMRA Conference Website for our 2020 conference which will take place in Antwerp on 23-25 June
Our Programme Steering Committee have been working very hard to put together a conference programme which we hope will inspire, inform and stimulate. We had a great many outstanding submissions this year and we are confident that you will be impressed with the range and diversity of the sessions available to you at the conference and that the conference will exceed the very high standards set at Warsaw in 2019!
We are delighted that the programme is now complete and is now on the website for you to view as an online programme, rather than as a separate pdf. This will give you much more instant and easy access to the programme and we can make ongoing changes much more easily to ensure that it's always up to date.
You will notice that the conference will start on Tuesday 23 June this year to give you even more time to enjoy the event and get the most from your time and financial investment in the conference. The conference will finish a little earlier on Thursday 25 June in order to enable you to get home earlier than in previous years.
We are obviously very aware that the current global situation is affecting, people, their families, businesses, travel etc. However we just wanted to reassure you that for our Antwerp conference we are remaining positive but we wanted to let you know that:
- If EphMRA decides to cancel completely the event given the environment at the time we will offer a full registration ticket refund or you can transfer the fees to the 2021 event as a credit
- However we are unable to offer a refund if we offer an alternative 2020 date (moving the conference to a later 2020 date could be an option)
- As you can appreciate we will be unable to refund any travel or accommodation booked in any circumstance (as an Association we just do not have the resources for this)
- We are not able to issue any refund should you/your company decide not to travel even though the event is going ahead.
We remain optimistic and look forward to seeing you all in Antwerp.
